Let the men play!
You gotta let these guys play! What a crowd there will be.
My friend played for Brophy. GO BRONCOS
Let the guys play, settle it on the field!!
WHAT MAKES YOU GUYS THINK YOU ARE ANY BETTER THAN COLLEGE FOOTBALL,WHO UP TO NOW HAS NEVER HAD A NATIONAL CHAMPION OTHER THAN USC? JUST KIDDING!!! LET THE GAME BEGIN AND NOT END UNTIL ONE TEAM HAS 1 MORE POINT THAN THE OTHER. THE CLAN MACLEAN
I’ve been to the secret confines of Marc Garcia’s training camp for this BM game most recently. I know what hangs in the balance here. I need to see this replay!!!! So much so that I’m willing to sell my 52″ LCD Sony, my rare breed dog, AND…my BBQ!!!! You must…bring us this game!!!!!
I am very excited about the prospect of replaying Marcos. 1990 was a special year for Brophy soccer and the players, families and administrators associated with the team. It would be a dream come true to have a chance to settle the score.
This MUST be settled on the field. 100 minutes was not enough. 200 minutes might may not be enough, but the score must be settled!!
As a Senior from the 1990 Brophy Team, I fully support the idea of a replay to settle the score once and for all.
NO TIES!!!
Brophy and Marcos deserve a shot to get on the field again and determine who the champion really is. Thanks goodness “Co-Champions” has been stopped because that is lame. Gatorade, give them a shot — they deserve it and this game will be the talk of the town in Phoenix!!!
Go Broncos!! Hope you get the chance to settle the score!!!
Let them play!!!
WOO HOO!!! Do you guys need a set of cheerleaders????
go for it!!!!!
Every time I watch a soccer game that game comes to mind – Go Broncos!
Good God get it settled! Is Marcos still open?
The score needs to be settled!
Go, Broncos! When does practice start?
Marcos de Niza WON! that game.
I played on the 1990 MdN Soccer Team and would love the opportunity to Replay the controversial state championship game!
hey Jim, you likely don’t remember but I missed out on all this when the family moved back east in ’88! Back in AZ now…good luck guys!
Replay shows MDN scoring a goal with the net bending. Referee said No goal. We want our due. Yes play this again….
Go Padre soccer!
GO BRONCOS!!!!!! we have a HUGE soccer fan base now and will support BCP Soccer anywhere anytime with a large herd
Marcos… woohoo
Co-champions suck!
That tie sure was a disappointment for both teams. Lets settle this once and for all!
Let these poor guys settle this already!!!!!
WANT TO SEE THIS ONE DECIDED!!
This is Soccer – Of course there should have been a shoot out. Let them play it!
please let them play!!!!
Rematch, rematch!
No one likes a tie…like kissing your sister! Let the playoff begin!
Kick ass Broncos!
Everyone knows Marcos won that game..check the tapes!! Go Padres!!!!!!!
Let them play; should be fun to watch after all these years!!
Never finished, never done
Need to settle this. Let them play. Go Broncos.
Rematch is warranted.
Lets settle this once and for all….
Let the kids play their little game! This reminds me of that Robin Williams/Kurt Russell high school football movie….
Love to see this game played!!
I scored the winning goal in the first game. I will do it again. Let’s play!
Let them play! Let them play! Let them play!
Great idea.
There are no ties in Championship soccer. I for one will be in the stands cheering for both teams and thier committment to the game.
I played on that 1990 team, for Marcos. This is a great idea to replay this game. I’m so down. Name the time and the place and let’s get it on.
DO IT! Go Broncos!!
I’m a wife of one of the players and all he can talk about is this game. This is a great thing for soccer, the organizations(schools), and the players that were involved in game, nineteen years ago. We live in Caifornia, he has not seen these guys since 1990 and it would be great to re-unite these guys one last time to settle the score.
Why should Marcos have to beat them twice? But since they do, let ’em play!
I think it’s cute that you guys wanna get together to see who the 2nd best team was that year! I hope this game takes place because I have always wondered who it was!! 🙂

i can’t wait to see this game!
This game has to be replayed.
We want to see this game replayed.
It would be an outstanding experience for all parties involved.
As a proud Brophy grad, I will be sitting on the sidelines cheering for my BRONCOS! (I don’t have to do any running, do I?)
I can’t wait to see these old men huffing and puffing on the field trying to relive the glory days, its going to be great!!!
Go Broncos!!!
Come on, Gatorade….Do the right thing and choose these two schools for your Replay #2!
Let them play – Marcos de Niza will WIN against Brophy. There is no such thing as a TIE.
Game on!
Let’s see it!
Gatorade, this will be a huge event in Phoenix. This game will settle scores not only from that year but from many years after. Brophy and Marcos dominated Phoenix Soccer for many years. And it all started from the 1990 Sate Finals. This game will mean a lot to both schools and to the soccer fans. But especially to the players who played that day. “Let them Play!”
I am sure there are not many ‘ties’ to be settled in soccer. And Gatorade has supported Soccer Programs for many years. It would be great to see this Soccer Replay happen!
And —- GO BRONCOS !!!!!
These two teams have spent the last 20 years kissing their sisters! NO TIES! LET THEM PLAY! GO BCP
I have watched the original Replay, and was amazed at the response it received. That was in a town that was not nearly the size of Phoenix, Az. This would be a HUGE event for the valley, as players it would give us the opportunity to finally settle the score, and for Gatorade, you have the wonderful back story of what an inspiration Mick was to all of us at Brophy. This is an event that has nothing but upside. Not to mention, my kids would actually begin to believe that their dad knows a “thing or two” about soccer!
Gatorade: With the talented players from both teams that went on to play in college and professionally, this would be a great matchup for TV viewing. Think about the interest that could be gerneratrd by doing profiles on Greg Vanney and Scott Garlick prior to the game.
Love Love to See this happen!!
Great idea! I have one son who goes to Brophy and one who plays for Greg Vanney’s club, Sereno. Don’t know who to cheer for but would love to watch this match up!!
Sounds fun!
Let’s get this one settled!
